I actually really like the owners and been doing business for 11 years however the oners never tere the girls working there are cery disrespectful and unprofessional they dont speak and one time one was on her phone the whole time while helping me secondary i feel like im intruding each visit...this last visit 2/25/15 i went there to exanfe hair that m daughter bought right before closing it was a couple minutes after closing to my surprise the door was unlocked therewas several girls their who i dont think even worked their as the door opened the girl yelled very unprofessionally that the store was closed i asked for an exchange i explained to her that the hair was the wrone hair and the picture on the pack did not look like the crochet hair when opnened did not look like the picture on the pack she argued no that i need to leave the store at once and each girl then attacked me virbally no mind you 1 of the four pack was not in the plastic due to me rushing their she called owner kudos to the owner for telling her to complete exchange on the hair in the packs which was reasonable she reluctantly did so one of the girls in the store called me names and said we can meet outside to fight....the whole ordeal lastd 25 minutes had she resolved things sooner it would have only taken 5 minutes.
