Debco Towing

I hope if you have an emergency sitting on the side of the road you get better service then we did. At 10:00am, Debco sends you an estimate that they are going to be there to tow you within 1:30 min. after 1:45 min - they don't show up at all, no courtesy call - instead a text to your phone indicating "do you still need towing?". When you call to check why they haven't showed up, there is a forced apology and reason that doesn't answer your question why they didn't even let you know they are late (perhaps because you had to call them to do their job?) - the outcome - just wait for 1 hour more after the estimate or cancel the tow. Debco has been opened for a very long time, I guess that gives them reason to treat you the way they want to....

Fast & professional, did not make me wait that long at all. The price was reasonable.

You know, I have no questions about their service, as I didn't even get that far. But $75 to tow my car from my house in Stockton, to a shop in Stockton? No thanks.

I was needing to get my car out of were it was and i called Debco they were there in under 15.00 min from when i called. I'd like to thank them for the great service and i would recommend them to anyone my name is Tim Thomas and i am owner of my own handyman business..

With all that was going wrong Debco was the one thing that was right. Friendly drivers that know what their doing.

They helped me and got my vehicle to where I needed it.

They were their 10 minutes after I made the call. Fast service, driver that knew what he was doing and handled my luxury car with kid gloves. I appreciate that kind of service
