Walmart - Vision Center

I just had an incident to where an employee rudely told me that my insurance wasn't accepted when it was. So I called my insurance to tell them that they did, then she rudely told me how much I owed, which was also incorrect. Sheer incompetence on her part. As a customer I have every right to be spoken to in a professional manner, and unabused fashion. One thing that I won't ever do, is allow my emotions to rise above my intellect, so I'm going to stop hear. But consumer beware, as they will treat you like you're straight from the hood!!.

The optometrist is amazing. We love visiting him. The front, though? Where do I start? You can only get things done for a 2 hour period in the morning and a 2 hour period in the afternoon a few days a week. You can't even get glasses tightened without the optometrist present. That is ridiculous. I don't even know why there are people there if they refuse to help. I'm telling everyone I know to use another optometrist.
