Rented equipment from Patrick Rental in McDonough for some heavy yard work we need to complete. Equipment was dropped of around 3pm on Saturday and was to be picked up Monday morning. I was told there would be a refuel fee of $5 per gallon which would be deducted from my security deposit. No problem. I understand that. I wasn't told that although I have the equipment at my site for around 40 hours that I would be charged an additional fee if I used it for more than 8 hours. What the heck! When I called for an explanation I was told that was standard practice in their industry. Well I don't work in their industry so I wouldn't know that. Although it is printed in small letters on the paperwork just like the gas refill info, they didn't bother to point out that I would be charged for using it over 8 hours. I am in real estate and when I sit with a client, I explain the contract (especially anything that could cost them money). I won't be referring Patrick Rental or going back!

The staff are always very accommodating - they load the equipment for me and make sure I have all the necessary supplies. I always leave knowing exactly what my charge is going to be and I have never been disappointed.
