If I could give this place zero stars I would. This GHETTO and RATCHET female SHANTEL could not run a business even if her name was Run A Business. Her professionalism is no where near professional and I can not understand how you can run a professional business with such a nasty attitude. She said some ignorant things to me before I could even attempt to pay or start a new policy with her. Instead I decided to go with another insurance company who were professional, cheap, witty, and most importantly polite. It seem like she has no class about herself being that she called me out of my name because I told her she was rude and nasty. I cant believe this woman made it this far with her service. I hope her insurance company runs into the ground with her poor attitude and unprofessional behavior. This is not the end. I will do EVERYTHING in my power to make sure that someone handles her rudeness.

I was speaking with a representative in a polite tone. She asked all my information just for a quote and got smart with me because I didn't know my vin nimber. She got mad at me and slammed the phone cause I called backed to asked if she could delete my profile and said bye with an attitude. So I called back to complain to the manager but I got more attitude from another representative that told me an explanation real haughty like. Then before she slammed the phone she told me to "GET A LIFE" I'M LIKE HOW RUDE!!!!!!!! To myself of course.

Please don't be a victim like me....run..save yourself...I'm crushed...
