        I will never call this company...

        I will never call this company again!!! My husband called early in the morning to make an appointment and they said someone would be out between 1 and 4pm. I planned my whole day around this and received a call at 12:13 saying they could not come to service my washing machine. When I asked why not, the rude man said he didn't owe me an explanation!!!! He needs some serious customer service training!!!

        Terrible!

        I had Mr. English himself come over to my house and display THE worst customer service experienced I have ever witnessed. First off he was over and hour late. Misquoted me a price of $36 over the phone but would not leave my house until I paid him a $40 check. He even threatened to take me to court over the $4 dollars. He was the worst business man I have dealt with in my life.

        DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SERVICE FOR ANYTHING!

        change your tone

        It's hard to rate on actual service when you can't get past bad telephone etiquette. Talk to potential customers in a harsh, brusque manner and you get no business with me!
