Eagles Landing OBGYN

I decided to try this place out because my doctor is retiring and up at Northside. After making my appointment the scheduler tells me there are no children allowed. I thought this was strange since this is an OBGYN office and their only clients are women. I told the appointment scheduler that I thought that was an absurd policy and what are single mothers supposed to do if they don’t have anyone to watch their child? Her response was that “unfortunately one BAD kid can ruin it for everyone” and “it’s not my problem. Go find another doctor”. Even though I believe the policy is ridiculous her response was not only insensitive but rude. Yes I will go find another doctor and my insurance can pay another practice thousands of dollars it’s going to pay through my lifetime. I’ll also make sure I tell my experience whenever applicable.

Dr.ramani is the best makes me feel comfortable. I always request for a female doctor during my check ups, but when it was time for me to have the baby the only doctor that was on duty was doctor ramani! I had no choice lol when he came inside my room he talks to me and he said tp look at him in the eye and breath haha coz i was already in pain he was really nice and made me feel comfortable! My husband said he was really nice and funny! Thank you doc ramani ur the best!

Terrible. There was only one nice nurse in the whole building. Dr. Haynes was somewhat nice, but the nurse that took my blood was angry with me because I needed to lie down because I was light-headed. I told her thank you and she huffed and puffed then walked away. I am new to this area, and it was a huge disappointment.

Recently, I needed to change my birth control, and I called and left a voicemail for Dr. Haynes nurse. She never called back. I called 4 more times and she never answered. I eventually had to get the lady that answers the phones to manually hand her a note to call me back.

I am amazed at the lack of caring and customer service. I never give bad reviews but this place is the worst.

The BEST oby/gyn I have ever had. I'm confused by the reviews of this place, because I've never had a problem with them. I've been with them since 2008. Dr. Ramani has to be one of the best doctors I've ever had the pleasure of being under the care of, and he delivered my last two babies. It's a large group practice, so if you want to be under the care of one specific doctor, you need to specify when making your appointment. They rotate you through the practice during your pregnancy, because your doctor just might not be on call that day! Courteous staff, always return calls when you need them to, and super attentive to your needs. It's nice to have a doctors office with a ton of employees, and have them actually remember your name when you go there! Recommended them to my mom for her surgery, and she couldn't be happier!

Making an appointment is always quick and easy through the on time service.

I loved Dr. Haynes. She delivered my son.

If anyone is looking for a OB/GYN Dr. I highly recommend this office. My doctor is Dr. Deborah Haynes and she has been my doctor for almost 10 years. I live in NYC now but I travel back to GA just to see her. This office is nice and friendly and the doctors (well I'll speak for mine) seems to care about your well-being. So if you want an office that care about you, this is where you need to go. Call today and make an appt!
