        Overall

        My fiancé and I bought our first home in Nov of 2012. We worked with Todd Schneider on the purchase. Immediately after our offer was approved Todd streamlined the process to make sure we met the deadline for the seller. From start to finish there was never a hitch, it was seamless and we could not be happier with our new home. Strongly recommend this company for their professional approach with us as "First Time Buyers"

        Dropped off a check to have an...

        Dropped off a check to have an apprasial done on my home and it is going on 3 months now and they still cannot get an appraiser to call me and set up the appointment to get this done. I will say the guys at the office are very nice ans polite but no way I should be waiting this long for an apprasal

        This particular client did, in fact, drop off a check for the appraisal fee. However, the check was never cashed and the appraisal never ordered because the client was not approved for financing. We did the client a favor by not spending his $450 for an appraisal knowing the financing was not eligible. After a co-signer was obtained and we knew the financing would be approved, we went ahead and cashed the check and ordered the appraisal. The financing was then completed. Seems to be some kind of misunderstanding here but I would think looking out for the client and not cashing the appraisal check would grant us a 5 star rating! Seems odd......
