        We opened a small business account with Chase and set up online payments. There were issues with payments from one of our first customers that Chase found "suspicious". They arbitrarily canceled our account rather than contact us to resolve the issues. They will not tell us why, forcing us to cancel the contract with that customer to make sure we are protected against whatever Chase found. Chase still hasn't returned the money that was in our account.
