Unfortunately there are not a lot of people who can do the upholstery trade although it doesn't give them the right to be rude. And if he has that much business he probably doesn't need your business or your rude behavior.

fit a car seat cover I had or make me a new one. He said he was booked till march (this was Dec) and that he worked till 2 am a lot. I told him that customers now a days don't like to wait that long and that if he was that busy he should expand, and hire more help, he said he doesn't care what customers think....so we should stop going there
