Sears Auto Center

Unfortunately I can not give less than one star.

Before I write my story, DO NOT GO TO SEARS AUTO CENTER you will waste time & money for very bad service.

I had my car for Brake service at Sear Auto center on Aug 2015, and changed the front pad & rotor & resurfacing of the Drum rotor.

But since then I have terrible noise on the brakes.

I went back 3 times to them & first they said the pads needs to be worn and needs to come back later.

Then now I went to meet the warranty guy and he told me that the problem with the tires which is a new tires and he tried to sell me a new tire.

Bottom line Sears Auto center in Dulles,VA is very very bad service, and am sure that they used very bad materiel for my car and wasted my time and money.

Am really disappointing from Sears and I'll never use it again and I'll not recommend anybody to it.

The worst experience ever. I went yesterday to get the alignment done they refused it. I was there at 5:00 pm and were supposed to close at 7:00 pm. The guy told me come next day and no appointment is needed I went there and stand there for 30 mins no one helped me And then the same guy told me that it will be 2 hours for just freaking Alignment. It is Ridiculous
