Overall

I called them six times over the course of 45 minutes and was put on hold three times. For an average of about 8 minutes each. The other three times it just rang and rang and rang with no one picking up. The last time I called when they asked me if they could put me on hold I said no and explained my frustration and they told me, "Sorry, we've been busy" and put me on hold anyway! If they hadn't had such a good deal going I would have found another pizza place. The worst customer service I've ever received. If I could give 0 stars I would.
