Werner's Hallmark Shop

Went to use a coupon that they gave out during Ornament Premiere Weekend, and the lady behind the counter had to call another store to verify that I could use it. After being told I could, she asked if I could use it on ornaments? Again she was told yes. After hanging up the phone, I paid for the ornament and just before I left, I asked for a punch card to start on my next 10 ornaments so I could acquire another coupon. I was told that I wasn't allowed to on a redeemed ornament. Two minutes earlier this lady didn't even know what the coupon was but she knew that I couldn't get another punch card??? That's funny, because I have at every other Werner's location. Wasn't very happy with her service!
