Triple D's Towing

My daughter's car quit working completely. It is a 1996 Pontiac Grand Am with 141,000 miles. We came out from Dicks Sporting Goods on Hall Road and the engine wouldn't even turn over. When Triple D's got there, he asked me what was wrong with the car and I described the situation. We had tried to get it to start several times and nothing worked. I asked him what he thought and I could tell he knew alot about cars. He had an idea what might be wrong just from what I described! Sure enough, Turrell FIXED the car!! He said I had a short in the starter/ignition key thing but described what he did to get it to work. All I know is you can trust him, he is courteous and friendly and I liked him. From now on, I will keep Triple D's Towing number in my phone. 800-989-4225 The price was the best, too-we called 4 different places.



7/19/13 well--I locked my keys in my other daughter's car-2000 Chevy Blazer with 185,000 miles--gotta love it-- and was very glad I had Triple D's Towing phone number in my phone. I called them and they had the car open in 20 seconds. The price was very good and again-he was on time, friendly and professional.

I called them at 4am. They answered promptly and began to take down my details etc with a very friendly attitude. They told me the price it would be and stated it would be about 25 minutes. We waited and they showed up in about 15! The tow truck driver was very friendly and had our car up on his truck in no time. He asked if he could follow us to the destination and even though there were some sharp turns, he drove them like a complete professional.



We had a spare tire (the smaller ones) on our front passenger side wheel. He put a block down as he was releasing our car from the truck, I didn't really understand why at first but when the tires drove over them, it lifted the drivers side of the car up so the other side didn't scrape! Completely amazing and VERY skilled at what they do at Triple D. The whole process only took about 20 minutes (including the short drive)



Fast, Friendly, SKILLED, and relatively fair priced. Can't beat that. I hope I don't have to use their service often but if I do, I'll be using Triple D's



Extra info: I was towed from the Meijer's parking lot on Hall Rd and Hayes to 23 Mile and VanDyke. Just wanted to include that so no one thought this was fake etc.
