what a terribly RUDE Lady who works there! HORRIBLE customer service.

I called to inquire about the price of a T Shirt order after sending an email a week ago with no response. The women I spoke to was so rude! I said hello and introduced myself i explained i was calling to inquire about pricing. I mentioned I sent an email and it went un responded to. She told me " I know, that was me. I was busy doing other things." I was shocked by her response but continued to talk. I started to explain what type of shirt i wanted designed she continued to provide rude responses and rushed me through the conversation. At one point she asked me what I wanted on the front of the shirts. As i started to explain she interrupted me saying, "NO NO NO.." Apparently, i was not explaining what i wanted well enough?I kindly told her I wouldnt be spending any money there and said if she was nice to potential customers maybe they would have more sales. I hung up but was still completely taken back by the way she spoke to me. I called back, she answered the phone. I asked to speak with her manager. she told me, " I am basically it." She then said, " you could talk with my dad, but you are not going to get anything better." WOW I Cannot believe this business is making any sales. She treated me horrible and i was simply trying to spend my money there!

Do NOT trust this despicable place with your business. Completely unprofessional ! Promised items for multiple dates and never delivered. Had to retrieve items and find a reputable place to have all of the work done properly. Owner was completely incompetant and "family" employees completely useless in resolving any issues much less returning a single phone call. BUYERS BEWARE! Only giving them one star because it wont let me leave them ALL blank.

Great place for t-shirts---they are creative, timely and always find a way to make something work for me. Their artists are know how to make things look good and they suggest the right type of shirts...and best of all they have good prices!

They do terrific work...I get good quality, great shirts and on time delivery. There designs are creative and have like everyone they have done for me...their staff is creative and often suggest changes that I would not think of...I would recommend my family and friends to them!

I brought in 20 t-shirts on a Monday morning and needed the shirts to say Vibe Hair Studio. I asked if they could be done by Sunday morning for the Mega March for the Michigan Humane Society. Darlene told me they were 2 weeks behind however, since mine was such small order they could do it. I left a message on Friday inquiring about my shirts and Saturday. No returned call. I had an employee make a trip to the business on Saturday the doors were locked. I called once again on Saturday... and spoke with an angry man. He informed me he was not going to print on my shirts due to his lack of time. I asked him why no one called to inform me of this? He told me he would not print on my shirts and left them outside (it was raining that day). I don't know what set this guy off? I think he is understaffed. I understand if they were too busy to take my business but they promised me I would have the shirts by Sunday and I do not. I have done business with them in the past at the Madison Heights location. Sometimes I had my shirts back within 3 days. I thought 5 days was enough... I guess not.
