Unfortunately this was one of those situations where nothing we did was going to please the customer. We were cursed at, threatened, and treated with no respect from the beginning from this users mother. We did try to please this customer by offering free drop off only delivery. Our delivery driver, upon arrival, was berated and cursed at. We do charge for delivery and this buyer knew that but simply did not want to pay for the service. We understood she was on a fixed income and did our very best to try and assist her needs. We pride ourselves on great customer service but in some cases no matter how hard you try, some people refuse to be happy. The person who left this comment was not in fact a customer of ours but a relative who was not privy to all of the facts of this particular situation. We do hope that she is enjoying her custom ordered sofa. We have definitely used this as a learning experience and from now on will make sure that all customers are aware by signing a form that they are responsible for picking up or paying for delivery. We do have all buyers sign our policies, as did your mother, so if she did not agree with them she did not have to sign. She was a very informed buyer just wanted to try and change the rules after she knowingly signed them.
