Margaret Caudle Tax Service

I have used their service for 3 years and was satisfied until this year. The man working at this office did an admendment to my return after we sent it in. We discussed beforehand. He did not fully explain the details to me and that there would be addtional fees. So I wind up owing over $400.00 to Federal Taxes and $50.00 more in fees to the office. I was never told of the fee. It also took him a month to contact me about the amendment. He claims he called me but didnt leave any messages. Well why not ? That is what a answering machine is for. I feel very poor business practices are in use. I was just not an important customer to them.
