        southern property management

        Worst management company in Statesboro. Everything is crappy when you move in and they try and charge you for new stuff when you move out or threaten to ruin your credit. Do not sign a lease with this company. Also, if anything breaks you will be lucky if someone comes to repair within two months. I repeat do not sign a lease with this company.

        Service very poor. Management did not even know rent hadn't been paid until months past due and property owner inquired about not receiving rent. Owner would not return phone calls
