Richmond County Ambulance Services

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They quoted me one price of $66.00 for a round trip charged me $90. and now I am getting a bill for $180. I just reported them to the BBB. They are never on time and on top of it pick up 2 other people and drop my father off last. The drivers have nothing to do with this.

unhappy with RCA the letter i wrote to the coo of RCA and he has done nothing about this problem im more worried about the kids that go on there Ambulance



Hello mike,ben my name is Benny i looked online for a email address to RCA but could not find one im writing you to inform you of a problem that i see with the company one of your maintenance manager's was seen selling and using illegal substances i strongly believe a drug screening for all employees is necessary i thought i would let you know before i go to the proper authorities many of my family has used RCA in the past for a emergency but i do not think i will continue to use this service in the future if this problem is not taking care of because of the drug abuse thank you for your time
