Carlos' reaction to criticism, outrageous, as he became enraged; violent; vulgar w/ a threatening demeanor, only to call NYPD for assistance, once he observed, customer would not stand for his conduct. NYPD dismissed, entire matter upon arrival, as there was no legitimate reason for their involvement pertaining to a civil matter; discrepancy. Give your business elsewhere for a quality experience.
