        First visit to State College Wolf Furniture store. Not one person greeted us or asked if we needed directions or assistance. Salespeople walked past us as we were looking at several items - never acknowledged us or asked if we needed assistance. Had to walk around store to find someone to help us - this person did not know exactly when the sale ended (did go find out), when asked a questions about colors said that he/she would have to go downstairs to look that up and never did give us an answer to the question. The salesperson was quick however to give us an ID card and said to please look him/her up when we came back. Not a good first impression of your customer service. And we visited your store AFTER we had seen your advertisement on WGAL TV saying how the customer is your top priority. Your furniture is beautiful and showroom very nicely decorated - now if we could just get someone to assist us (without looking/asking for help) the next time we visit your facility.

        I had a great experience at this store. The staff were very helpful and the selection was far greater than anything else in the area. Do they have the only escalator in the county???

        Excellent sales, can layaway furniture for a 6 month period with a 20% payment. Wonderful salesperson.
