        We paid Lowe’s in Starkville MS almost $12,000 for a roof and gutters. The gutters were installed unlevel so water stands in them all the time. We sent Lowe’s a video of one of the gutters leaking water onto our patio and they have ignored us. When the roofers took the old roof off and replaced the decking, the weatherhead bringing electricity into our house was pulled away from the house. The roofers put the new roof on with the weatherhead and soffit torn away from the house. Over a year later and Lowe’s in Starkville MS continues to tell us they are taking care of this, but they have done nothing. Lowe’s in Starkville MS is a pathetic group to deal with.

        I payed my Lowe’s card off as I do every month and this month they said I haven’t paid it and my bank says Lowe’s has received the money.. do I pay the bill twice ?? I think not .. screw Lowe’s !!!

        Absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. The carpet department I dealt with for 3 weeks, 5 different employees and still had not ordered my carpet. They cannot all get on the same page and lost paperwork more than once. The cabinets that were delivered were not the ones I paid for. Getting new ones would have taken an additional 6-8 weeks. I couldn't wait that long to move in...not possible. So I ended up with cabinets I didn't order. Overall - employees are not well trained in their service departments, they often fill those departments with people who do not know what they are doing or give you incorrect information and when errors are made they store does not seem to care. Do not use Lowes of Starkville of their services! Stick with their products.
