The farm also offers ice cream in various flavors. Shamrock Farms serves several grocery chains, schools, hospitals and institutions. The farm has a herd of more than 10,000 cows. It participates in a variety of community events and programs. The farm works in partnerships with Arizona State University, St. Mary s Food Bank and Got Milk. It operates a processing plant. Shamrock Farms additionally offers accommodations for birthday parties, as well as several discount options.
