Ballet School of Stamford is a nonprofit school that provides professional dance training for children and adults from Fairfield and Westchester counties in Connecticut. The school also works with other educational institutions to develop outreach programs on ballet. It also promotes develops community awareness of the value of dance education, encourages cultural diversity in ballet training and engages in various cultural activities. Classes at Ballet School of Stamford are divided into preballet school, lower school, middle school, upper school, supplementary classes, preprofessional school and adult classes. The school is located in Stamford, Conn.
