House of Chandeliers

On November 12, 2013, we paid in full for a large chandelier and a smaller one. Sam told us up front what the delivery charge/ installation would cost, which we paid. Because our home was under construction, we asked Sam to hold it until further notice. Meanwhile, we changed our minds about the smaller one and had no problem getting a refund for it. So, today, December 17, 2016, our chandelier was delivered and installed as planned. The installer was very efficient and professional. Sam did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied customers...... and with great success! He was always available to answer my questions when I called. Our experience was very positive and we highly recommend this store for all your crystal chandelier needs.
