This company has the worse customer service I have ever encountered and much unorganized. I received a quote of $87 and they charged me $160 cause I have a fiber couch, makes no sense cause I told them what I had when I called. Then customer service refused to respond to me, My furniture was so soaked with water it took over 8 hours to dry..if I was you I would look for another cleaner cause sure I would for my next cleaning.

I agreed to pay due to my already forced day-off, waited another 2 hours to clean a small area. Carpet stayed wet for two whole days smelling horrible like an old dirty carpet and some yellow stains start to appear all over from harsh chemical they had used.
