Info: A classic Tom Collins style drink, Gin with Fresh Lemon and Simple Syrup, topped with Champagne instead of soda, this gin drink is refreshing and crisp. It works well as a brunch cocktail, or can be thirst quenching on a warm summer day traversing the French countryside. Some think the drink was originally made with Brandy or Cognac, which is a wonderful twist on this Sour Classic

          Ingredients: Nolet's Gin, Basil, Agave Nectar, Lime, Grapefruit Bitters, Grapefruit. Info: Mandarin Hide's own version of a Gin Basil Smash mixes Nolet's Gin with Fresh Basil, Lime, and Agave Nectar, we add a little Grapefruit Juice for some extra tartness, and Grapefruit Bitters to round it out
