Came home last night and the AC was not working. The compressor outside was not kicking on. I called Tim at 8:00am and he answered right away. Tim said he had a very busy day. He was at the house by 9:00am. Figured it out quick and now I have air and won’t miss work. Thank you Tim for the great work. Highly recommend!

7+ years of Tim caring for our office and home AC….dies not get any better

Many people in this community use Tim Donovan as the only person they would let service their air units. That’s probably why it may take a little while for him to call you back, Because he is the best around !!! Always a fair price for all work done and you can trust that what he tells you is honest and correct information. No second opinion is ever needed saving you time and money. Thank you Tim for all your expert advice and work!!!

I have to agree with most of what was said. Tim does good work IF you can get him, but getting him is the problem. I thought he'd service what he'd installed, but he put me off and off on making an appointment, didn't show up at all when I did get an appointment, etc. He can get very rude if you ask him to please just follow through. He was always cheap on what he did for me a while back, but you can't count on him to do much of anything anymore, sadly.

Horrible, he is not provided service that is in accordance with code. Abrasive when you did get a hold of him! Does not return calls, no room on his phone for messages because of all the complaints. Had to have air handler totally redone and put up to code. A total disaster. Do not use. Rude, cuts corners, lacks technical expertise. Please ask to see his state license first. What a joke. His work will not last. It will take several weeks for him to respond to your complaints because he has so many failures. Buyer beware!

Tim Donavan is rude, very high strung, interrupts, speaks condescendingly, and misdiagnosed a/c problem which created an unnecessary cost to me.

Beware of this company! Tim Donavan (the owner) personaly thretened to "kick my as s". This is unaccepatble in my opinion and I will be placing a complaint with the St. Pete police dept. If you dont want your as s kicked by this man, stay away!
