Rizzetta & Co

Rizzetta's terrible. You complain to them about stuff that's against the rules, nothing happens. They don't care, they only want your money. They'll do usual maintenance, but if anything requires drastic attention, nothing will happen until it becomes a huge problem and tons of people have complained. They'll spend unnecessary money on stuff like tow trucks that tow away cars with expired tags, but they won't put in any new rules, mostly out of laziness on enforcing them and cheapness. They can't be bothered spending money on anything important without charging you more. Not that they'd enforce new rules anyway. That's the reason they always take the distant/scared approach on necessary new rules for when people abuse the current lack of rules to extremes and infringe on their neighbor's ability to be able to simply enjoy their place basically. The board of directors has the final say, and they don't care. So with these policies, the jerks win out. Other people affected by the jerks have to eventually move out. Beware of any place managed by these uncaring jerks.
