        Oasis Bed & Breakfast is available for meetings, private parties, receptions, retreats, reunions, small weddings and other special events. Oasis Bed & Breakfast is within a 20-minute drive of five ski areas. We are also conveniently located near eight different public golf courses, with executive and regulation nearby. * Accommodations: Four rooms with queen beds & private baths, one of which has a Jacuzzi. Each room has air-conditioning, an in-room gas fireplace and we have two outdoor hot tubs. * Rates: Single or double $90.00 - $145.00 plus tax. Corporate rates available. Gift certificates available. All amounts in U.S. currency. Prices subject to change. * Children: 14 and older, please. There are no roll-away beds available. Rooms are double occupancy only. * Pets: No. There are family pets on the premises. Boarding kennels are located close by. * Smoking: Please refrain from smoking indoors. Our covered porch is quite accommodating. If you smoke in the room, a cleaning fee of $150.00 will be assessed. * Reservations: Advance reservations are recommended. A deposit in the amount of one night's lodging is required to confirm your reservation. * Refunds: full refund, less $10.00, with a 72-hour cancellation notice if the room can be rented. No-shows will be charged the full amount. * Check in: 4:00p.m. - 6:00p.m. (Other times by special arrangement.) * Check out: 11:30 a.m. * Special Occasions: We can arrange for flowers, massage, reflexology, facials, limousine, etc. Just let us know in advance. * Dining: Private dinners in our dining room can be arranged in advance or we will be delighted to make dinner reservations for you.

        Wonderful B&B, a hidden jem!

        Stay at the Oasis for 3 nights with my daughter while we skied at HV. Not a bad drive to HV, only about 20 minutes, away from the hustle & bustle, prices of Ellicottville. Great place, excellent accommodations, warm hospitality by Jean and Dave. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were very nicely decorated and very clean. Rooms are themed and have a gas fireplace. We stayed in Germany which was very cool. In the morning, a tray is brought up to your room with your beverage choice and a delightful homemade bake good before you go down for breakfast. Very nice touch! Breakfast was amazing!! Jean is a very good cook and it is one of her passions! The Inn Keepers are good people. Very relaxing b&b, felt like I was miles away from home. It was a great get away! One of the nicest b&b I have stayed in. Definitely plan on staying there again for future ski trips or maybe even a summer trip hiking or biking.
