Springfield Community Based Outpatient Clinic - U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

The staff at Springfield, OH VA/CBOC on Burnett Rd often treats pts. like filth. Talking down, rude, brusque, MEAN AND VIOLATING PRIVACY LAWS with their LOUD mouths. The women working the front desk in 2015-16 should be so fired. The poor veterans just lower their heads and feel they have to take it. Some of the providers are condescending and even insult veterans. I pray the place gets a major overhaul.
