OK... Their selection and prices are reasonable. However, their "home made" liquid tastes like you're inhaling a vegetable, and their staff isn't rude but having gone in a few times I'd say their generally uncaring and incapable of finding the right or best setup for you.

They have great flavors but as for customer service not so great as for my experience I had bought an aero tank from them that had a 90 day warranty with in 50 days the compressed bottom price on it had popped off two times the first time the gm replaced it then the second time another manager said it was not a manufacturers issue however I have known other people who this happened to . Then he proceeded to give me another excuse that he has not had this problem with his exact tank so it had to be my fault. So if you are getting fluids great store to go to but if its a tank or device I would advise to go else where
