Wickman's Garden Village

Beautiful plants and I DID NOT mind the prices. However, with such rude customer service I have taken my business online or to another greenhouse.

I love this place! Selection is great and ever-changing. You want something unique, Wickman's has it. My favorite garden center,by far, in the area

This place has nice plants and hard to find plants, but things are WAY overpriced. It would not be worth growing a garden if you bought everything from here. They need to think about their prices...

Wickman's used to be a great place to shop. Notice how the reviews are positive from a few years ago? Something has changed. The customer service people are rude, the plants are poor quality and the prices are higher than all of the local nurseries.



If you shop there, be sure to check the roots. Most of the orchids and houseplants are overwatered, and the roots are mush. $40 for a half-dead, no-name orchid!?! Really? I guess there is a reason the big box stores are putting the little guy out of business. The little guy doesn't even try any more.

I have been twice in the last couple weeks. Service is non-existant. I won't go back. The first time I chalked it up to being busy. Yesterday, not so much. One clerck even commented that I should have to care the 50 # bag of soil myself, but still no offer to help, by anyone, except of course another customer.



Plants are good, prices are good, customer service and knowlegde of where things are is awful. Like I said, I will be finding a new greenhouse, won't go back to Wickman's.
