This place is a scam!!!! They stole my credit card information after paying my phone bill and there is a mysterious charge from this company. I don't even live in Missouri!! The bank already has alerted the FBI.

We hired Ozark Outdoor Services on July 22, 2015 to install a patio, fire pit, and pergola. Charles Buckler took our 50% deposit. To date we have NOTHING!!!. We were told there were 2 projects ahead of ours, and our project would begin late August or early September. We have been getting that same excuse for 4 months, but NOTHING else.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

We had this company sell us Christmas lights and the installation/removal in November 2013. Part of the service is for them to store/maintain the lights and return the following year and install/ remove again (at a much lesser fee since we now own the lights). We have been attempting to contact this company since the first of November and have yet to see our lights (they NEVER return calls so leaving a message is useless). When we do actually get a live person on the phone, they say they will get back with us and give us a schedule but never do. It is not hard to figure out why this company has a F rating by the Better Business Bureau!

Get completion date in writing!

Do not put down a cash deposit or hire this company to do work for you UNLESS you put a guaranteed completion date in writing.



In mid-September we hired Ozark Outdoor Services to redo our landscaping and install a patio. We paid them the required $7,500 deposit based on the bid. Their communication was quick throughout the bidding process and they seem to know their stuff, HOWEVER... three months later, we have NOTHING to show for it. Every deadline we have agreed on thus far, they have missed. Lots of excuses about other jobs, workers not showing up, weather, etc.



We are very frustrated and weeks away from taking legal action. Our attorney has advised giving them until January 1.



If and when they complete our job, I'll update this review. I'm still confident that the quality of their work is good. Getting them to show up now that our deposit is paid -- that's the problem. So like I said, if you're going to hire them, get a commitment in writing that the job will be completed in time.
