Greater Ozarks Community Credit Union

AWFUL!!!!! i have been a member of this credit union for over 8 years and ever since they changed from railway ccu to greater ozarks ccu i have had nothing but problems. i dont recieve bank statements even though i have not moved and have given them my address several times. it took over two months to get a debit card which when i tried to activate it the atm ate it and said it was invalid. i then had to wait for goccu to "rush"" me a new card which i recieved two weeks later. also on several occassions i have had money come up missing out of my account with no explaination from the bank and no overdraft notice even though they charge me overdrafts. i can say that they did refund the money and the overdraft charges but it has happened on three seperate occassions and should never happen period. when 15 year employees start quitting as well as other long term employees i think its time to take my money to a safer institution.
