        The president at this location is rude and very unprofessional. She needs a few lessons in customer service. If you want to be treated as inferior or a number...this is the bank for you!

        Overall

        The people at Foundation Credit Union are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their savings interest rate is the highest I've found in the Springfield area. I am not in education, but you can join as long as you live in one of the counties listed on their website. I definitely recommend them!!
