English Village Apartments

I like the apartment, however my maintenance requests go unheard. Still waiting on someone to check out my stove. The people here are nice.

I like living here. I love the location, pools, and my balcony. It's a very comfortable place to live.

This is an older complex that is fairly well maintained. The rent keeps increasing but the units are not being updated.

I like that it's right by a bus stop

Convenient metropolitan location close to restaurants and shopping. Quiet safe neighborhood. Good place to live.

Just signed my fourth lease at English village. This place really place really feels l8ke home.

The best apartment for the price I could find in Springfield. Just resigned for another year!

I love having the pool. I wish it was open until like 10 though.

I enjoy living here. Very affordable. Love having a pool right out front of my apartment and the staff is always super helpful. Also super quiet here.

English Village Apartments are nice place. Plenty of parking space. Quiet neighborhood. Manager Emina is great!

Best apartment complexes that I’ve lived at, staff is super friendly and plenty of parking space. There’s laundry onsite and Plenty of friendly neighbors around here as well.

Pros: Emina in the office has been exceptional to work with and is currently the only saving grace for me with Wooten. Groundskeeper Carter’s presence around the apartment has been warm and inviting. Neighbors are friendly, respectful, and quiet. Apartments are spacious.

Cons: Laundry and rent has gone up. Homeless walk through property and also dig in dumpsters when management and security aren’t present. Traffic buildup on chestnut m-f around 5/6pm makes it near impossible and dangerous to leave or return to apartment. If you move here plan around that.

English Village is probably the best residence I have lived in. The neighbors are awesome. Its also nice having 2 pools to choose from. The apartments are older so its not without issues. But they are resolved quickly as can be. I been here 4 years and many have been here much longer. I think I made the right choice moving here.

I have been living at English Village Apartments for 2 years now and just renewed my lease for another year. Maintenance is always responsive and timely, and also very friendly! Same with the people that work in the office. The apartments are affordable and are nice. The property is well maintained. I recommended it to college students since it is an easy drive to any college in town. Also anyone that wants an affordable and nice apartment.

The office staff is very nice and helpful. The laundry room is always clean and they are pet friendly.
