El Madrid

For being a first time apartment renter, it is a great place. The people are amazing around you, management is above and beyond when you need to contact them. They check in when they say they are going to do their routines. There are no surprise visits. The apartment itself is great, especially the 1 bed/ 1 bath. I haven't had any problems the whole time I've been here so far. I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially any college student going to MSU because of how close it is to campus. I can walk to school without any hindering!

They are a pretty good company. We do have some issues from time to time with our apartment but they are typically pretty quick at fixing them. Nancy at El Madrid is awesome though, always really quick to get on top of any issues we have. We live at E Madrid, I think they could update the apartments as they are outdated, but rent is pretty affordable. I’d give them a 7/10.

I really love the location! El madrid is near MSU's campus as well as the new businesses on Pickwick. Imos! Cherry Picker! Tea Bar and Bites! :)

This property is great for students, the service is responsive and the internet that's included in rent is VERY fast!

Great location for College students. Clean apartments and great management. Safe location if staying alone.
