Good experience.went out his way to help us find the right car even though it was not in plain site,( car had just been turned in on lease and was still in the back). Transaction was completed in a timely manner. We were pleased with the replacement of tires during the certification. Left the lot knowing we were welcome to come back with issues.

Randy was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. This is my 4th Honda that I have purchased from Don Wessle Honda. I have not had a problem with any of them, just like to keep up to date with all the changes. This 2015 CVR Touring will probably do us for as long as we are able to drive. Love it-except for the Navigation which is not very user friendly compared to my Garmin Nuvi in my other vehicle. Great ride and handling and no road noise, Highly recommend one if you are looking for a fine SUV. The Business office was exceptional as well. I live 60 miles from Don Wessel and always have all my service needs done there. Again exceptional service.

Great buying experience. Salesperson was never pushy or rude and didn't feel any pressure to make a purchase. None of the usual questions like when do you plan on buying a vehicle or what do you want your monthly payment to be. He allowed us to test drive several different vehicles and take as much time as we needed. We traded in our old vehicle and were given a fair price. From there we went to speak with the finance office. Again this individual like the salesperson was very friendly and helpful. He took time to explain several different options available and never pushed us to purchase any extra options or warranties. Just presented the information and let us decide. Overall just a great experience!

In January of 2014 I received my car from having it shipped from Hawaii. Before leaving Hawaii, I had a check engine light come on and was forced to get it checked prior to shipping. It was a O2 sensor. So when I picked it up in January from the shipper, I called Don Wessell Honda in Springfield, MO o make an appointment. The man in the service department who answered told me that I didn’t know what I was talking about and that he was going to have to “diagnose” it himself and he would have to charge me $80.



After having to put up with their sexist rude men in the service department, I had to return because of the air bag recall. when the news came out I went to the Honda website and put in my VIN. It stated that my vehicle was one of the recalled. So when I called, Oct 20, 2014, I was greeted with the biggest chauvinist I have ever met. I was told that there was absolutely NO way to tell if my vehicle was one the ones that was recalled. After I explained about the Honda website and the VIN, he told me I was stupid and I didn’t know what I was talking about.



So Thursday, October 23, 2014, I made an appointment through the website. Now mind you, I registered with my vehicle’s VIN. I made an appointment on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at 1300. Now I live in Waynesville, 90 miles to the east of Springfield. I had to put in for the afternoon off. So when I get to Don Wessel Honda, I get treated like I am stupid because I am a woman. Steven, proceeds to check me in and then tell me, Oh but we have to order the parts by the VIN and we didn’t have your VIN. I then explained to him that I am registered with the website with my VIN. He says that he then has to “check” to see if the part was ordered. I was then taken to the mall. About a half hour later, I receive a call, telling me that the parts are “back-ordered”. I tell him I want to speak to a manager. The manager comes on the phone and becomes rude and defends his incompetent service department. I told him that I did not appreciate my time being wasted. He proceeds to tell me , “oh its not a waste, we can still change your oil.” The only reason I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation was because I have no other choice but to bring my car in for the recall. and I could have had the oil change done for cheaper and without wasting 4 hours of my time and a half a tank of gas. He offered NO apologies and said he has the best service department. He is delusional.



YOU DO NOT WANT TO USE DON WESSELL HONDA EVER! WORST SERVICE EVER! THE ONLY GOOD THING GOING FOR DON WESSEL HONDA IS THE SHUTTLE DRIVER, DON! THAT’S IT!

It was a wonderful experience for me. I was just looking - no real plans on buying. But the low pressure sales and the vehicle sold me and I bought a car that evening. Chris was wonderful to work with. He was extremely personable. And the finance end of the process went well too. I couldn't have been more pleased and would recommend Don Wessel to everyone.

Could not have been made any easier. Emailed what we wanted and an offer was made. When we got there the van was ready for us to test drive and when we got back the paperwork went smooth as possible. Very happy with the price and the people we dealt with. All car buying experiences should be like this.

I knew what I wanted before I arrived, which made the process easier. My questions were answered completely, so I was able to confirm my decision. I had quick response to my initial Internet inquiry, and the purchase process was completed with no delays. When I picked up the car, features and controls were explained very well.
