Your system is very good and takes care of my needs.

We've had a problem in our neighborhood where the power randomly goes out for several hours at a time. It's happened about 10 times in the last couple months and each time it's taken a long time to turn back on. I can't open my garage without power and have been late to work...the list goes on and on. Every time we hear a transformer blow right before the lights go out for the whole street! How can you guys possibly ignore such a huge problem!?!? I work all the time during your open hours and have tried emailing you repeatedly with no help. I had better utility service when I lived in Cairo.

Just this morning a transformer blew in my neighborhood. We called City Utilities to report it. Thinking it was going to be at least an hour before we had power back, we settled in, but within 20 minutes of losing power we had it back. I was very impressed! You guys are great! I have never been more impressed with a utilities company before. Thank you for the great service
