Horrible "stylists". Product used is cheap and from Walmart. Left my hair damaged, dried out and seemingly coated with oil which took a week to wash out. All the employees were curt, rude and seemed to be bothered by a new clients presence. Kayla was my stylist and she does not want listen and cut my hair into a granny style which took about three inches off my hair even though I asked for less than half an inch off. I cried after I saw what she did and all she could do was blame me for not explaining then skirted out of the room while I was ignored by Shanty or whatever the owners name is. I look and feel horrible after my visit to Bliss. If you want quality and talent, this is not the place. Supercuts, your blind grandma, an armless woman...anyone is better than kayla and this obviously cheap excuse for a salon.
