Overall

To Whom It May Concern:

As it was explained at the time this issue arose Archie's Hog City/ Auto sales was bound by Law as How this matter was handled! The finance company was aware of the consignment and had notified Archie that the bike was NOT to leave his property with out a verified release from said finance company.

The Consignment agreement had been made by the father Not his children. Yes a storage fee was charged after a sale was refused. We will not even get into the other labor or expenses that I had tied up into this bike.

Archie's Hog City/ Auto Sales is a business not just a buddy on the corner, so if the gentlemen’s children did not or do not understand that fact We Do Apologize!

Overall
beware!!!!

My father put his bike on consignment here at Archie's Hog City/ Auto sales. My father died. Archie called us on the phone and acted like my father personally bought the bike from him and stated that my father owed him about what the bike was worth so he was just going to keep it.

When my 2 brothers and I personally confronted Archie wanting my fathers bike, he then said that he personally had been making the payment and we owed him alot of money for it. When I told him that wasnt true because the bike is financed at the bank and it is an auto withdraw payment, Archie then fumbled around. Archie lifted the seat off the bike and said that he put a battery in it. (I found the receipt in my fathers desk where he had paid for a battery and it wasn't there). He then said he had it sold. We told him it couldn't be sold because my father was dead and that my brother was going to keep the bike. He then said it wasn't fair that he didn't make any money and refused to return the bike.

Later that night Archie took the bike and hid it.

Archie had the title to the bike all along and although he knew my brother was TOD (title on death), we didn't know because we had not seen the title. Once the death certifiacte came in and we titled the bike under my brothers name, my brothers went back to Archie's.

He made them pay $300 if they wanted it back, he called it a 'storage fee!!!!!"
