Money before any treatment even as my pet ( who is like my child ) is dying!

I started with Dr. Snow in 1982 with numerous pets. NEVER was my pet kept waiting in a emergency situation to get cash, check or credit card before even checking my pet.

When these people got the place they also got all patient files. All they had to do was look at my 6 inch thick file to know that i have always paid for my pets care. BUT THEY DIDN'T CARE. I wouldn't take my already dead pet to them....

Dr. Jane Flathers is very kind and takes the time to provide all viable options.

It looks like on 7/30/2011- someone from this place got a little review happy! Well we went here with 2 labs and it was a mistake. Compare rates- this place is higher than most. Neither of our dogs was comfortable their and additional costs always kept getting added on. We took one dog in their several times for ear problems and the only thing that happened was a temporary fix and a bill.

Dr Jane has been amazing with my little guy! He was a rescue, born at animal control, and as most puppies go - he has had an interesting 1st year. She is always calm and sweet with Carlos and he loves going to see her.



She and her staff are amazingly thurogh and always super helpful! They have a pet portal you can access online which keeps track of his wellness visits, vaccinations and monthly Trifexus. They send out reminders via email and also give you a quick reminder call before appointments.



Thankfully I have only had to bring Carlos in once (so far) for an emergency! The staff was wonderful in keeping me calm and also making sure he was well cared for. We were out in the yard and he went chasing after a squirrel - somehow he ended up snagging a toe and nearly ripped out his entire toenail. I, of course, was in a state of panic because there was SO MUCH BLOOD. I rinsed his foot off and applied pressure, to no avail - at that point I thought my puppy was going to lose a toe. They got him bandaged up (which he took full advantage of) and out of pain immediately!



They are wonderful and I'm grateful for Dr Jane and her staff offering such good care for my baby boy!
