K Financial Svc

My husband and I have used their services for years. Last year due to the high volume of returns, they were unable to get to ours for over 3 weeks.....so we filed through an online service. This year we went back and used K Financial. Boy we wrong to do so. The quality of individuals preparing the returns has greatly declined. First the never asked for our prior year's return info, then neglected to inform us that since we didn't use them last year that they submitted our return to be mailed to us instead of direct deposit like every year before. On top of that.....they forgot to include a tax credit. When they finished the return, the woman who called my husband just 20 minutes before he returned her call, had no recollection she even made the call to him. Aren't tax prepers supposed to have a good memory? It speaks volumes about their work ethic and quality.
