Fortune Cookie Chinese Restaurant

This is my go to spot for Chinese. I'm basic, but their "basics": fingers, wings, egg rolls, lo mean, and boneless spare ribs are always on point. It's gloomy in there, but honestly reminds me of a spot in NYC.

Wait 1 hr 37 min. food was cold, also the worst food in Springfield, do not taste like Chinese food at all, If you see a good reviews is a lie, they probably have never eat real Chinese food. This people really suck. If their food were flavorful i wouldn't care about them being late. But this people are just terrible. WOW what a crappy food.I think the only people who write good reviews are their staff and retards that would eat anything. If you are reading this review and you may want to eat Chinese food i would tell you from the bottom of my heart please just change your mind and buy pizza some were else. Now if you just want to have the worst experience, the worst customer service and crappiest food in all Springfield ; well, have fun at Fortune Cookie. Good luck.

The food was warm instead of hot because It took 1 hour and 30 mins for food to be delivered to our house, even though we only live a few blocks away!

We called an hour into waiting and were told it would be just 5 more mins because they were really busy...excuses, excuses! To make matters worse, the delivery guy mumbled how much it all came to, so my confused boyfriend gave him too much money..so the delivery guy ended up getting a $5 tip on a $19 order that took too long to get to us in the first place!!!

Ordered my food...took almost 2 hours to get to my house which only takes about 5 minutes to get to... Food wasn't good...delivery guy pulled up and just honked and waited (while he sat and smoked in his car) until I opened the door. Never had such bad service! Called the manager and that did nothing...she didn't even care... definitely find another place to order from!!

- I like my food simple. No onions, peppers etc. But I like flavor. All chinese food resturants are guranteed to regularly put vegetbles in their food, except on special orders. But most resturants when you take out the vegetbles the food loses its flavor. Not this one. It tastes almost as if they took the extra mile and picked the vegetbles out just for you. Although that is a great feeling to have when you are eating a resturant's food, we both know that isn't the case in fast chinesse food resturants, or any fast food resturant for that matter. Fortune Cookie is a great resturant, they have awsome food, affordable prices, and the best part is they give you more food than you pay for. Have I sold you or do you need more reason? Well i'll give you more: their broccoli is fresh and not frozen, they have food options for everybody, delivery is free, you will never be over charged. But as a safety hazard you should ask what do they most commonly use on each dish like the type of oil or even the brands of products they use. I know for a fact they use peanut oil, so if you have peanut allergies you really should'nt eat fro there.
