Internal Medicine
Dr. Peter completed her Diagnostic Radiology Residency at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, Illinois. She subsequently completed an Abdominal Imaging Fellowship at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Dr. Peter held the position of Clinical Research Assistant at the Kellogg Cancer Care Center in Evanston Illinois and was awarded Intern of the Year while completing her Internal Medicine internship year with Evanston Northwestern Healthcare in Evanston, Illinois. Dr. Peter is certified by the American Board of Radiology. She also holds memberships in numerous national and regional medical societies. Dr. Peter has been involved in various research projects and publications and continues to remain active in this arena with the teaching of radiology residents and medical students. Dr. Peter joined Springfield Radiologists, S.C. in September 2009 and has a special interest in abdominal imaging.
