Mr. Rick and his crew have taken care of me for over 3 years now. Formerly with my pathfinder and now my van. He has ensured my family's safety and overseen the fine details of keeping my vehicle in excellent condition. Very fair in prices and the service is personalized, keeping you updated through the whole process. My last visit with the pathfinder, I thought i had bad swaybars. It turned our my frame was holding together by a thread. I was able to go get a new vehicle thanks to Mr. Rick. He was upfront and honest that it wasn't repairable and directed me to a well trusted auto dealership. THANK YOU for being there for my family and our safety!

These guys have always been great! They will even drop me off at work while they work on my truck. They don't only do tires they can do other work as well. As a female, I'm always wary about auto shops treating me different, but not here. And keep in mind you can choose cheap or quality work.

Buyer beware, especially if you are an out of town customer...One of my 18 wheelers went to fayetteville ar to get a load of natural stone and my dealer noticed I had a flat tire... He reccomended this company so we called...needless to say they screwed me big time..They charged me a $292 service call. This doesnt include the tire of which they overcharged me $117 for the tire...my total cost to get one tire replaced on my truck was $840....for ONE tire..and not even a steer tire but a drive...what a compete ripoff..When I called to complain, Rick took $80 off....I suggest a hard quote before dealing with these scam artists....Karma is coming for you northwest tire...
