American Home Shield directed me to these clowns and I cancelled my warranty accordingly. Figured I would pay them $100 for a new faucet rather than paying $139 and installing myself. They plucked Levi out of a coffee shop somewhere and gave him my address. He came out and promptly broke the faucet even more. 6 weeks and 6 trips and it still wasn't fixed. Mr. Copher came out the 7th time to tidy up and wanted to talk about the good ole days in Bentonville rather than how poor his service is and staff are. He refused to refund my $100. The secretary is a wretched person to deal with and she was professional enough to hang up on me at one point. I asked AHS if there was another option. They said no and don't have my business any more. Buy a new house before you let them into yours for anything.

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! I had a true emergency with the sewage backing up into my home and, no working toilets. I have a 78 year old mother and was told that they had 24 hours to address our issue per their contract with American Home Shield and they would be out between 9 to 11am. Meaning we would be without a toilet and any running water for 18 hours. This was an "expedited" emergent work order issued from our home buyers warranty and it was a joke. We had to call another plumbing company. JC Plumbing was at our home within the hour, they snaked the pipe that Copher's plumbers had refused to do on 2 separate trips for this same problem. JC Plumbing had us up and running within 30 minutes. They are also returning to run a camera to ensure that the main line has no further problems at no charge.
