Fantastic caring courteous helpful staff . I got my glasses well within the promised time frame and they were perfect .

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. Ordered glasses for myself, and the salesman told me it would be one or two days to have glasses in. I thought that was fast so I asked the check out clerk who said one to two weeks . It took exactly two weeks, so it was fair. Then I referred my boyfriend to them. He ordered a pair and upgraded the lenses. He was told two weeks and after two weeks had passed, he called to learn they were not in. Another week goes by he asks me to call. They sounded sincere and earnest and had a pair without the upgraded lenses ready for him to pick up. Then another couple of weeks go by and shocker, still no lenses. This time I am too that they will find some way of discounting the price for our trouble by the office manager, whom threw an ex employee under the bus (her office assistant). She apologized and said she was out of town for 5 days (mid you this issue had been going on for over a month) and said that she had to fire her assistant due to her not handling her responsibilities. Poor business practices to assert blame onto someone who is not there to defend themselves. The following Friday finally rolls around and he asks me to call them again. I am put on hold while they call him. I answered his phone and they insist on speaking to him. His lenses have finally arrived. It took a pathetic amour of time, and I am hugely unimpressed. I do not advise going here. You're better off ordering online or trying your luck elsewhere. On a positive note, dr. Perry, who did my eye exam, is the only thing this company has going for them. I trust she would be disappointed if she knew how we were treated.

You will not get better personal service anywhere. Brandon Eye Clinic is all about the patients.
