i have been attending this venue for well over 10 years. long before any of the current staff was ever hired or the ownership changed. loved this place for a long time. cool place...but service is lacking and just plain rude at times. for example. i was in the upper area and our waitress came up and asked if we all wanted anything...i said sure ill take a beer heres your money in advance. big mistake. she brought me my change and no beer. walked away briskly. i waited politly to see if she was coming back and she did. she brought another fellow pool player a beer. i asked about mine and i was told i already had been given mine and actually had not. not a big deal people make mistakes. but what has happened to the customer is always right ? i was finally given my beer after pleading for over 15 minutes with my argumentative waitress. then she takes money from her tip jar to pay for the beer. i had already mentioned checking her til against the computer order and was told it was not possible. i put 1 dollar back in her tip jar as a gesture of kindness. not able to ck drawer for mustakes is a huge priblem that needs attention. not sure why that is an issue at any place of business... second incident same waitress.... pool.tables appeared to be open and free to all customers. during the game w my long time friend she came and closed the table stating that free pool was only for the pool leage members. ok if thats the rules no prob. i asked for change off my card no can do... ok no prob. we scrounged for change and came up w 1 dollar in quarters. never so happy to find 4 quarters lol. one of the balls did not come out. i asked politly if she could open the table so we could get the ball. i was told no because the table had a small sign stating no refunds. i was treated like an outsider and shunned by the waitress and then she got some guy involved ...yes it has a sign that dosent mean you cant help someone if u want to. simple solution denied

Seems the previous review may have been for Brandi by Brandi hmmm....food is mediocre at best. Service at times leaves a little to be desired.

The bar was clean and the bartender Brandi was amazing. She not only entertained us, made amazing drinks but also cooks. The food was amazing as well. If you haven't been there in a long time I suggest going back. The staff finally knows what's going on and keeps us wanting more.
